The Main Job is handling inventory, and fulfilling orders.

Responsibilities:

• Process and fulfill orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Facebook, and other sales platforms.
• Prepare, pack, label, and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
• Monitor pending, cancelled, delayed, and failed deliveries.
• Manage inventory and ensure that all stocks are properly organized and recorded.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and check for stock discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchasing for stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with riders and courier partners for pickups and delivery concerns.
• Call customers and riders to confirm orders or resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor and help reduce Return-to-Sender or RTS orders.
• Receive, inspect, and record returned or RTS parcels.
• Prepare fulfillment, inventory, delivery, and RTS reports.
• Perform other fulfillment and operations-related tasks assigned by management.
