Qualifications:

• College Graduate (any course)
• With background in warehousing and knowledge of RTV processes.
• Good typing skills and knowledge of Excel (advanced knowledge is an advantage)
• Good communication skills; able to communicate effectively through emails
• Willing to render overtime and be assign in SILANG CAVITE
• Can multitask and work under pressure
• Adaptable, proactive and resourceful

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creation of RTV report an on-time transmittal to Sucat Team Reporting of backload goods for CM (classify items if still good for sealing, sampling or disposal)
• Posting of created RTV/backload goods CM in system
• Updating of CM reference in the RTV Masterfile
• Creation of disposal forms for brand managers' approval
• Preparation of disposal documents prior the disposal activity
• Coordination of disposal schedule with audit team
• Coordination of on call/manpower to use as assist in the disposal activity
• Monitoring and requesting of supplies
• Other task as assigned by superior
