- Monitors and controls inventory stock levels to ensure accuracy, availability, and proper stock rotation
- Ensures the accurate receiving, proper storage, handling, and releasing of finished products in accordance with company procedures and quality standards
- Maintains complete and accurate inventory records, ensuring that all stock movements are properly documented and traceable
- Coordinates with the Production and PPIC regarding stock transfers, inventory requirements, and product availability to support operational needs
- Conducts regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Updates inventory records and monitoring systems promptly to reflect all inventory transactions and stock movements
