Job summary

Responsible for handling of goods and materials within a storage facility, involves receiving, processing, picking, packing, storing &inventory.

Job description

• Load and unload trucks, verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and noting any discrepancies or damage.

• Organize and store inbound stock in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and easy accessibility for order fulfillment.

• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock records and report any variances to management.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move materials and products safely and efficiently.

• Prepare and process documents, such as bills of lading and packing lists, for all deliveries.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

• Collaborate with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure a smooth and coordinated workflow from receiving to dispatch.

• Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.

• Other tasks thay maybe assigned from time to time as needed.
