Prepare the materials based on the approved MRF.
Release the available materials based on the approved MRF.
Record and monitor materials in and out.
Assists in loading and unloading of materials and tools needed for implementation.
Receive, and check the quality and quantity of returned materials from the field.
Receive the delivery of materials and check against PO.
Receives tools from the field.
Arrange and organize the materials in their respective location daily.
File and organize all the duplicate hard copies of Actual Released and Returned for Inventory record.
Check stocks and materials needed to forecast supply and demand to prevent running out of stock.
Keeps the Warehouse, Storage, and Sleeping Quarters clean and neat.
In charge of keeping the main door and gate accessible and safe.
Safekeeping of all vehicle keys.
