*Resolve day to day operational challenges long term resolution planning, research inefficiencies make recommendations and implement changes

*Sets and maintains inventory levels to support all aspects of manufacturing

*Oversees receiving of all incoming lots of cGMP/cGLP materials

*Manages the warehouse and shipping & receiving functions

*Plans, organized, directs, and reports on all supplier related activities to ensure fulfillment of contract/purchase order requirements

*Prepares reports for senior management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data on material usage

*Maintains the accuracy of information in the Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) module the accuracy of the physical inventory

*Sets the minimum/maximum in the OPM system, including maximizing the inventory turnovers to prevent expiration of raw materials

*Escorts customer, QA, Financial, and/or Safety Auditors while they perform audits of Materials Management

*Oversees the safety training of all Material Handlers involved with the handling or transport of hazardous materials
