- Supervise and manage daily dispatch operations and dispatch personnel
- Plan and schedule deliveries based on priority, route, and availability
- Ensure correct loading, documentation, and release of items for delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transport teams for smooth operations
- Monitor delivery status and address delays, issues, or discrepancies
- Review and approve dispatch documents, delivery receipts, and reports
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and dispatch procedures
- Train, guide, and evaluate dispatch staff performance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch and performance reports
