Position: Warehouse and Logistic Supervisor
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000
Location: Santolan, Pasig City
Industry: Food Manufacturing
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Saturday | Shifting Schedule
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or related field.
With at least 3 years of experience in logistics and fleet management role.
With at least 1-2 years of experience in team lead role/supervisory role.
Experience working in Food Manufacturing or related industry is an advantage.
Amendable to work onsite
Job Responsibilities
Coordinates the prompt, safe, and cost-effective dispatch of finished goods to customers.
Manages delivery schedules, route optimization, transport cost targets, cold-chain transport temperature compliance in alignment with our quality management system
Thorough understanding of route planning, fleet maintenance, cold-chain regulations, food safety transport parameters, and third-party logistics management.
Monitor stock levels and ensure documentation accuracy for all incoming and outgoing goods
Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff and dispatch personnel.
