Job Title: Operations and Logistics Manager

Job Summary

The Operations and Logistics Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient, consistent, and high-quality execution of operations across all locations, while maintaining optimal inventory flow and supporting business expansion.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day field operations across all stores and kiosks in close coordination with Local/Branch Managers

• Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure strict compliance with established SOPs, brand standards, and service protocols

• Drive service excellence, ensuring consistency in customer experience, treatment delivery, and overall store performance

• Act as the primary escalation point for operational concerns, resolving issues promptly and implementing corrective actions

• Monitor operational performance and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

2. Training & Standards Implementation

• Lead and oversee training execution for treatments, operational procedures, and rollout of new equipment or services

• Ensure all team members are properly certified and aligned with company standards before deployment

• Reinforce continuous learning and quality assurance across all locations

3. Reporting & Data Management

• Standardize and implement reporting systems across all stores (sales, inventory, operational reports)

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data submitted for management review

• Provide reliable insights and reports to support COO and leadership decision-making

Supply Chain & Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory levels across all locations, ensuring availability of critical supplies at all times

• Review, approve, and prioritize stock requisitions based on operational needs and consumption trends

• Ensure balanced stock distribution (avoiding overstocking and stockouts) across branches

• Monitor inventory movement and implement controls to prevent losses, variances, or inefficiencies

5. Logistics & Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse operations (Sunshine) for timely preparation and dispatch of stocks

• Plan and manage delivery schedules, ensuring all shipments are completed accurately and on time

• Verify that delivered items are complete, in good condition, and properly documented

• Strengthen coordination between operations, warehouse, and logistics teams

6. Store Expansion & Support

• Support the setup, opening, and operational readiness of new stores and kiosks

• Ensure all operational requirements (equipment, supplies, manpower readiness) are in place prior to launch

• Assist in post-opening stabilization to ensure smooth operationsThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all stores, kiosks, and equipment are fully operational, safe, and well-maintained, supporting uninterrupted business operations.
