Responsibilities
-Check incoming goods against the Delivery Receipt (DR), or other authorized documents.
-Verify the item description, quantity, carton/box count, and condition of goods received.
-Immediately report any shortage, excess, damaged, or questionable items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
-Ensure that damaged or questionable boxes are properly identified and reported before loading or handling.
-Verify that all items scheduled for delivery are complete and properly loaded onto the assigned vehicle.
-Properly document discrepancies between the delivered, returned, and recorded quantities.
