Job description:

Location: Karuhatan, Valenzuela

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Setup: Onsite

Job Description

• Handle assigned e-commerce account (Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop)
• Process and monitor customer orders accurately
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Print advance invoices, delivery receipts, and other necessary attachments before delivery
• Ensure all documents are complete prior to delivery
• Maintain organized records of orders, receipts, and invoices for future reference
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery personnel regarding order status
• Perform other related warehouse and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Computer literate
• Knowledgeable in handling e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work onsite in Karuhatan, Valenzuela
