A Warehouse Staff is responsible for receiving, organizing, checking, and preparing products in the warehouse to ensure that stocks are properly handled and orders are completed accurately.

• College degree holder
• Experience with ECOUNT platform is an advantage.
• With 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels and identify products requiring replenishment.
• Review stock availability across different warehouse or hub locations.
• Prepare and monitor replenishment requests based on inventory requirements.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records using company systems, Google Sheets, Excel, or other inventory management tools.
• Investigate and report inventory variances, missing items, damaged products, and other stock-related concerns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and replenishment reports.
• Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock items.
• Assist in forecasting replenishment requirements based on inventory movement and historical data.
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending replenishment requests and stock transfers.
• Coordinate with assigned hubs regarding stock requirements and urgent replenishment needs.
• Maintain organized records of inventory transactions and supporting documents.
• Assist in monitoring product expiration dates and ensure proper FIFO/FEFO implementation through coordination with warehouse teams.
• Provide administrative support for warehouse and inventory-related activities.
• Perform other duties related to inventory, replenishment, and operations as assigned.
