Key Responsibilities:

- Stock Allocation & Encoding: Process and encode store allocations; distribute warehouse stocks based on Month-to-Date (MTD) sales and Inventory on Hand (IOH).

- Inventory Review: Analyze store stock requirements to prevent understocking or overstocking.

- Stock Rotation: Manage inventory rotation, addressing non-moving items and redistributing stock to high-demand stores.

- Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date warehouse inventory databases.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of work-related experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be highly skilled in Excel formulas).

- Exceptional attention to detail and high dedication to accuracy.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Fast learner, flexible, and capable of working under pressure.

- Proven ability to multi-task and willingness to work overtime as needed.
