Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
• Good communication skills and computer literate.
• With at least 6 months of general office experience, advantage if with experience in warehousing or production
• Must be residing or near in Pasig vicinity
• Willing to be assigned in Market Avenue (former M. Suarez Ave.) near Pasig Palengke

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and dispatches.
• Prepare and file delivery notes, invoices, and inventory reports.
• Update warehouse management systems or ERP with stock data.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock verification, and reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to immediate head.
• Communicate discrepancies, damaged goods, or delays to relevant warehouse operations.
• Maintain organized and orderly warehouse records and filing systems.
