Warehouse Staffis responsible for handling the accurate and efficient receipt of goods into the warehouse. This role involves inspecting deliveries, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all incoming items are properly recorded and stored in designated locations and works closely with warehouse supervisors and inventory teams to maintain stock accuracy and streamline warehouse operations. By ensuring smooth inbound logistics, they play a critical role in the overall efficiency of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept and process incoming shipments, ensuring all items are properly accounted for.
• Unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
• Inspect incoming goods for any damage, defects, or discrepancies.
• Verify that items match the corresponding purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Accurately record received items into the inventory management system.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation, such as delivery receipts and packing lists.
• Communicate with suppliers or delivery personnel regarding any issues or discrepancies.
• Label and store received items in their designated warehouse locations.
• Ensure proper organization to facilitate easy retrieval and efficient inventory tracking.
• Work closely with the reseller team, as this role is responsible for packing all items intended for resellers.
• Serve as the designated picker for 3D printer items, ensuring correct and timely selection for orders.
• Adhere to all safety protocols when handling goods and using warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area at all times.
• Promptly report damaged goods, missing items, or delivery issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to received goods.

Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse or receiving operations is preferred but not required.
• Ability to inspect shipments and documentation with accuracy.
• Strong ability to organize and store goods systematically.
• Capability to lift, move, and handle heavy goods safely.
• Familiarity with inventory software and basic data entry is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with other warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Clear and effective communication for reporting issues and coordinating with teams.
