- Accepting delivery of inventory
- Counting and confirming inventory
- Inspecting inventory for damage and faults
- Communicating errors to relevant parties
- Marketing and labeling stock
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
- Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
- Complete diary logs for inventory and report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to avoid miscommunication about the release and inventory of materials
Qualification
- Must have experience in dispatching, packing, and inventory
- Knowledgeable in basic computer skills: MS Excel, MS Word, and printing
- Motorcycle driving is a plus
- At least High School graduate or Vocational
