Inventory and Stock Management

• Monitor and check warehouse inventory levels to ensure stock availability and minimize shortages.

• Perform regular inventory checks and coordinate with end-users to assess and request necessary stock replenishments.

• Execute pull-out requests and transfer items to the INTAS Warehouse extension as needed.

• Oversee and coordinate the receipt and inspection of incoming deliveries, ensuring they meet the company’s standards.

• Verify actual items received against Sales Invoice (SI) and Delivery Receipt (DR) documentation.

• Coordinate deliveries with end-users to ensure accuracy and alignment with production requirements.

• Process and file all delivery-related documents, including SI, DR, and Commercial Receipts (CR), and submit originals to Purchasing.

• Transact deliveries and arrivals through the MC Frame system, ensuring all details are accurately entered and updated.

• Maintain organized and accurate records of all warehouse documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policy.

Administrative Support

• Print, scan, and file essential warehouse documents for easy reference and access.

• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock availability, and delivery status for review by the Assistant Supervisor.

• Communicate effectively through email, messenger, and Viber with suppliers, end-users, and internal departments to ensure efficient and timely warehouse operations.

• Respond to supplier emails, address inquiries, and follow up on outstanding deliveries or stock requests.

• Submit necessary documentation and endorsements to relevant departments in a timely manner.

Other Related Tasks

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the PCP team and ensure efficient operations.

• Assist with special projects or initiatives related to PCP team as needed.
