Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate; vocational or college-level education is an advantage.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or related work is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of proper receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials safely.
• Able to operate basic warehouse equipment and tools; experience operating a forklift is an advantage (if applicable).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory handling and documentation.
• Honest, trustworthy, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to render overtime, work on weekends or holidays when necessary, and perform on-site work.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Possesses good communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Organize and store materials in their designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare, pick, pack, and release items accurately based on approved requests.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock reconciliation.
• Report damaged, missing, or defective items to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent loss or damage.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
