- WMS Data Entry: Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to log inbound and outbound movements with 100% accuracy.
- Carrier Coordination: Communicate daily with drivers and transport partners to resolve delays and optimize routes.
- Reporting: Use Excel to generate daily dispatch logs and performance summaries for agency and client review.
