Warehouse Admin

A Warehouse Administrator is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by handling documentation, inventory records, reports, scheduling, and coordination between warehouse staff, suppliers, and management.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and update inventory records and stock movements
  • Prepare delivery receipts, invoices, and warehouse documents
  • Encode and maintain data in warehouse management systems
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Assist in scheduling shipments and dispatch activities
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports
  • Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and other departments
  • Ensure proper filing of warehouse documents
  • Support warehouse supervisors in administrative tasks
  • Maintain accuracy of inventory and transaction records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Proven experience in warehouse or administrative work is an advantage
  • Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
