- Greet customers and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus and take customer orders accurately.Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns courteously.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Process bills and assist with payment transactions when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest dining experience.
