Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders
• Take customer orders accurately and process payment using the POS system
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Ensure food quality
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
• Assist in opening and closing restaurant procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate
• With or without experience as Service Crew
• Good communication skills
• Customer oriented and friendly attitude
• Honest, reliable, and strong team player
• Willing to work on shifting schedule and overtime
