·  Greet customers warmly and ensure friendly, professional service.

·  Assist customers with menu inquiries, recommendations, and orders.

·  Take orders using the POS system and verify accuracy.

·  Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and bar teams.

·  Operate the POS system for cash, card, and e-wallet transactions.

·  Prepare standard beverages following established recipes.

·  Maintain cleanliness of service areas and café areas.

·  Follow sanitation standards and ensure hygiene compliance.

·  Work closely with kitchen, bar, service crew, and supervisors.

·  Follow all SOPs, company policies, and safety guidelines.

·  Perform other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

At least college level or a college graduate.

Previous experience in customer service, food and beverage service, retail, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required.

Salary Offer: 695/day
