Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waiter / Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will not only showcase your exceptional coffee-making and bartending skills but help with the reception of guests.

Responsibilities

1. Beverage Preparation:

• Craft and serve high-quality coffee beverages, cocktails, and other beverages to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure consistency in the preparation of drinks, maintaining the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.

2. Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for patrons.
• Take and fulfill customer orders with attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

3. Management and Supervision:

• Help the restaurant manager and bar manager
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage and schedule staff, including baristas and support personnel, to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing training to existing staff to maintain a high level of service and performance.

4. Inventory Control:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages, ingredients, and supplies.

5. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular quality checks on beverages and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Implement and enforce hygiene and cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations.

• Proven experience as a Waiter /Bartender
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, cocktail mixing, and beverage service.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Desire to be a future manager and leader.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
• Certification in food safety and bartending is a plus.
• Willing to be assigned in General Luna, Siargao
