Visual Merchandising Supervisor

(Retail Store Experience & Brand Presentation)


Role Overview

The Visual Merchandising Supervisor will be responsible for creating compelling in-store product displays that enhance the customer shopping experience and drive sales. This role ensures that all retail stores maintain consistent brand standards and attractive product presentation.


Key Responsibilities

• Implement visual merchandising strategies to highlight key products and promotions

• Develop and maintain creative product displays for gadgets, accessories, and electronics

• Ensure stores follow brand guidelines, layout standards, and promotional displays

• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual standards and merchandising execution

• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign launches and promotional installations

• Train store teams on proper product presentation and display maintenance

• Monitor display performance and recommend improvements to increase sales

• Manage installation of signage, promotional materials, and seasonal store concepts


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Retail Management, Interior Design, or related field

• At least 3–4 years experience in retail visual merchandising

• Experience in electronics, gadgets, appliances, or consumer retail is highly preferred

• Strong sense of design, product presentation, and store layout planning

• Ability to manage multiple store locations and merchandising timelines

• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized

• Willing to travel to store locations when required
