Description
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform merchandising strategies.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of product layouts and promotions.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure product availability and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
- Prepare sales reports and present findings to the management team.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Junior: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Working Conditions: May require occasional travel to trade shows or supplier locations.
