Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide detailed information about products, including pricing and availability.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product pricing is accurate.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
• Assist in opening and closing the store, including balancing cash registers, locking doors, and setting alarms.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
