Description
- Stocking and Display: Unload fresh fruit and vegetable deliveries, arrange attractive sales displays, and keep shelves full throughout the day.
- Quality Control: Inspect items regularly, remove bruised, overripe, or spoiled produce, and ensure food safety rules are met.
- Customer Service: Assist club members with locating items, answer questions with a polite attitude, and maintain a clean shopping zone.
- Inventory Support: Monitor stock levels, handle packing or wrapping tasks, and report low inventory to the fresh section manager.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–1 years
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Responsibilities and Duties: Adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures
- Working Conditions: Exposure to standard industrial environment with possible noise and temperature variations
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and reliable
