Description
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize product placement.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers and sales teams to drive marketing initiatives.
- Provide training and support to store staff on product features and benefits.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proven experience in merchandising and inventory management
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working Conditions: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays may be required
