Position Overview

As our Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for arranging inventory in a way that attracts customers and increases sales. You will help create an inviting shopping experience using creativity and resourcefulness.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange clothing, accessories, and featured items attractively
• Create themed displays (seasonal, color-coordinated, trending styles)
• Organize racks and shelves to make shopping easy and enjoyable
• Rotate inventory weekly to keep the store looking fresh
• Suggest creative ideas to increase sales
• Assist with basic store organization and cleanliness
• Help identify slow-moving items and recommend display changes

• Artistic eye and creativity
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Loves fashion, styling, or design
• Takes initiative (doesn’t wait to be told everything)
• Interested in business or entrepreneurship
• Willing to learn about retail and sales psychology
• Reliable and punctual
• No experience required — we value attitude and creativity over experience.

Schedule

• Part-time (Flexible for students)
• [M-F/minimum of 2 hours] - flexible, on your free time
• [S-S/minimum of 3 hours], preferably 5AM-7AM
• Maximum of 10-15 hours per week
