Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School diploma required.
Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students with a willingness to learn.
Skills and Competencies:Sales Management - Ability to drive sales through visual merchandising techniques.
Merchandising - Knowledge of product placement and promotion.
Teamwork - Collaborating with store teams to meet visual standards.
Customer Management - Experience engaging with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Presentation - Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail in store displays.
Responsibilities and Duties:Developing and implementing visual strategies in alignment with brand standards.
Creating eye-catching displays to attract customers and boost sales.
Managing inventory and ensuring merchandise is correctly priced and displayed.
Training staff on visual merchandising standards and procedures.
Working Conditions: Role may require working during store hours, including weekends and holidays. Physical activity such as lifting, climbing ladders, and standing for long periods may be necessary.
