The Creative & Visual Merchandiser – Derm Beauty drives the visual representation, creative strategy, and in-store experience for Scent & Beauté Inc.’s dermatology-focused brands. This role ensures that CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, and other derm brands are presented in a visually compelling and educational way that reflects brand standards, enhances customer experience, and supports sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Implement visual merchandising strategies for derm brands across retail counters, partner stores, and activations based on brand guidelines.
• Coordinate closely with the brand’s Visual Merchandising team to ensure accurate execution of global/local VM guides.
• Collaborate heavily with suppliers, internal marketing teams, and brand representatives to ensure timely production and installation of displays and materials.
• Create and execute in-store displays, promotional materials, and visual campaigns that align with brand standards and product messaging.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting visual solutions to local retail environments and consumer preferences.
• Conduct regular store visits to audit visual standards, provide recommendations, and ensure proper implementation.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives with creative and visual assets.
• Track and report on the performance of visual merchandising initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
• Assist in training retail staff on proper visual presentation and brand storytelling.
• Stay updated on derm and clinical skincare trends to continuously innovate merchandising approaches.

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising, creative design, or retail marketing, preferably within skincare, derm, beauty, or luxury industries.
• Strong knowledge of dermatology or medical skincare brands is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand and product messaging into compelling visual experiences.
• Strong coordination and project management skills, with experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
