Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store presentation of our clothing collections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing visually appealing displays that reflect brand identity, highlight key products, and drive customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement attractive in-store displays, including window showcases, mannequins, and product arrangements for clothing and bags.
• Develop creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Ensure all visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and current fashion trends.
• Strategically arrange merchandise to maximize visibility and sales performance.
• Style mannequins and displays to showcase complete outfits and coordinated accessories (e.g., bags).
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales team to replenish displayed items.
• Analyze customer behavior and sales data to improve store layout and product placement.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store at all times.
• Work closely with marketing and retail teams to execute campaigns and promotions.
• Travel to different store locations if required to maintain visual standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in fashion retail (clothing, bags, or accessories).
• Strong sense of style, creativity, and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Ability to create visually appealing displays that attract and engage customers.
• Knowledge of retail space planning and product placement strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer behavior.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in styling mannequins and coordinating outfits with accessories.
• Familiarity with retail analytics and sales tracking.
• Basic skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator) for signage or display concepts.
• Experience working with multiple store locations or retail chains.
