Description
We’re looking for a Construction Virtual Assistant who can help with JobTread build-outs, project coordination, documentation, estimates and day-to-day construction admin tasks.
- Build out and set up JobTread accounts from scratch (workflows, templates, cost codes, budgets)
- Update and maintain project details, budgets, and timelines
- Create, send, and track proposals, estimates, and invoices
- Manage change orders, purchase orders, and approval workflows
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Handle follow-ups and keep project records organized and up to date
- Help keep construction operations running smoothly behind the scenes
