Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Production

a) Edit high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and other social platforms, at least 10 videos/day.

b) Transform raw footage into clean, engaging, and conversion-driven content

c) Ensure videos are optimized for viewer retention and scroll-stopping impact

d) Execute edits aligned with current trends and platform algorithms

2. Post-Production Excellence

a) Perform color grading, audio mixing, and sound design

b) Add motion graphics, captions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling

c) Maintain high standards of video clarity, pacing, and quality

3. Content Optimization

a) Apply direct-response editing techniques (hook, pacing, CTA placement)

b) Collaborate with scriptwriters / content strategists to improve performance

c) Continuously refine edits based on feedbacks

4. Speed & Efficiency

a) Deliver outputs quickly while maintaining high creative standards

b) Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
