Job Qualifications

-2–3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or a related creative role.

-Strong and updated design portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility.

-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) and/or Canva.

-Basic to intermediate video editing and multimedia production skills.

-Experience creating graphics and content specifically for social media platforms.

-Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.

-Strong attention to detail and consistency.

-Ability to interpret creative briefs and work within established brand guidelines.

-Good communication and collaboration skills.

-Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

-Experience in corporate, B2B, ICT, technology, or recruitment-related content is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

-Create engaging social media graphics, digital assets, marketing collaterals, and promotional materials.

-Develop visual content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, presentations, and other digital platforms.

-Design marketing and recruitment materials while maintaining a consistent corporate brand identity.

-Create and edit short-form videos, reels, motion graphics, and basic multimedia content.

-Perform basic video editing, including trimming, transitions, subtitles, music, and visual effects.

-Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and other teams to understand creative requirements.

-Translate campaign concepts and briefs into visually compelling designs.

-Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms and formats.

-Maintain organized design files, templates, and brand assets.

-Ensure all creative materials are accurate, polished, and aligned with brand guidelines.

-Support marketing campaigns, events, recruitment initiatives, and other company projects with creative materials.

-Stay updated on current design, social media, and multimedia trends.
