1. Job Objectives

JC is looking for a passionate, creative, and highly skilled Multimedia Artist specializing in Video Editing to join our growing Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is someone who can turn ideas into engaging visual content for digital platforms, campaigns, events, and brand storytelling. We are looking for a team player who is innovative, hardworking, and capable of producing high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.

1. Duties and Responsibilities

• Edit engaging and high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, promotions, campaigns, and events
• Create creative visual concepts aligned with JC Premiere branding and marketing direction
• Shoot videos and assist in content production during shoots, activations, and company events
• Cover live events and create/edit real-time content for immediate posting
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and scripting ideas for campaigns and digital content
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team for campaign execution and content strategies
• Produce short-form and long-form video content optimized for various platforms
• Ensure fast turnaround of deliverables while maintaining quality and creativity
• Stay updated with latest editing trends, social media trends, and creative techniques

1. Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field

Experience

• At least 2 years experience as a Multimedia Artist, Video Editor, or similar role
• Proficient in:
• CapCut
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
• Canva
• Affinity
• Knowledgeable in video shooting, camera handling, lighting, and basic audio setup
• Has strong storytelling, scripting, and creative direction skills
• Creative, innovative, and able to execute out-of-the-box ideas
• Can work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Willing to work long hours when needed, especially during events and campaign launches
• Strong attention to detail and fast-paced editing skills
• Team player with good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in real-time/event editing is an advantage
