• Edit and produce engaging video content for TikTok, including product showcases, promotional campaigns, livestream highlights, and influencer collaborations.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Livestream teams to create high-performing content that aligns with brand goals.
• Ensure all videos follow the brand's visual identity, messaging, and quality standards.
• Incorporate trending TikTok formats, effects, and editing techniques to maximize engagement and reach.
• Assist in developing creative concepts and content strategies to improve audience growth and performance.
• Organize, manage, and maintain video assets and project files efficiently.
• Review content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and platform trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Film, or any related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a digital marketing, e-commerce, or media environment.
• Proficient in video editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation; experience with Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, pacing, and storytelling techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels, and current social media content trends.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
