Job Summary

The Videographer / Editor is responsible for creating high-quality visual content by handling both video production and post-production processes. This role requires a creative and technical professional who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content for marketing, branding, social media, e-commerce, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Videography / Production:

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for marketing, branding, and digital platforms
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment
• Direct on-camera talent and ensure proper framing, lighting, and sound quality
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for content concepts and storyboards
• Manage production schedules and shooting timelines

Video Editing / Post-Production:

• Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content
• Add graphics, animations, subtitles, sound effects, and background music
• Ensure videos align with brand identity and content strategy
• Optimize videos for different platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, e-commerce platforms)
• Maintain organized media files and project archives

Content & Creative Support:

• Support content campaigns, product launches, and promotional shoots
• Assist in creative planning and content development
• Adapt content for various formats (short-form, long-form, ads, live content)
• Continuously improve video quality and storytelling techniques

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or similar role
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording
• Strong creative and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong familiarity with E-commerce is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply
