About the Role

We are looking for a creative, highly energetic, and detail-oriented Junior Video Content Producer to join our growing Content & Creatives team!

In this role, you will support end-to-end video execution—from filming and editing engaging short-form TikTok content to repurposing long-form videos and stepping in front of the camera for product demos and viral team trends. You will work closely with our Content Strategists and Brand Managers to produce high-performing visual assets that fuel our brand's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Shooting & Editing: Shoot and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content specifically tailored for TikTok based on approved concepts.
• Asset Repurposing: Edit long-form video assets into multiple high-impact short-form videos to maximize content reach and efficiency.
• Production & Shoot Support: Assist during video shoots, including handling basic camera setup, lighting, and audio gear to ensure high-quality production.
• Post-Production Polish: Enhance videos using captions, transitions, music, sound effects, and basic motion graphics in alignment with brand guidelines.
• On-Camera Participation: Serve as on-camera talent for product demonstrations, casual team-based videos, and trending social media formats when needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Content Strategists, Brand Managers, and the Creatives team to deliver campaign requirements on schedule.
• Trend & Asset Management: Stay on top of viral TikTok trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices while maintaining organized project file archives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Film, Marketing, or a related field (Fresh graduates welcome!).
• Technical Editing Skills: Basic proficiency in editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Production Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of video shooting techniques, camera operation, basic lighting, and audio setup.
• On-Camera Comfort: Comfortable and confident appearing on-camera for product demos, team videos, and social media trends.
• Content Passion: Strong eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and engaging content, with a genuine interest in TikTok and digital media.
• Core Mindset: Eager to learn, open to creative feedback, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
