• Conducts proper monitoring of health condition by doing daily rounds
• Initiates prompt identification, medication and management of sick animals.
• Diagnoses disease or any abnormal conditions through physical and behavioral observation as basis for proper treatment
• Prescribes proper treatment and medication to sick animals depending on the clinical signs showed by the animals.
• Accomplish routine, emergency and post-mortem examination (Necropsy) that can help for proper diagnosis
• Collects sample such as blood, serum, tissue sample, water, feeds, intestinal contents for laboratory testing
• Performs an epidemiological evaluation of disease outbreak, disease movement, and seasonality of disease to establish preventive measures
• Monitors the mortality and morbidity rate of all department being supervised and collects data of established facts.
• Oversees vaccination based on protocol.
• Ensures the provision of feeds and water based on animal requirement
• Promotes and adheres to animal welfare policy

Requirements

• A graduate of Veterinary Medicine
• Licensed
• With at least 1 year of experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to stay-in at Pinamungajan, Cebu with free lodging and meals.
• Highly initiative and problem-solving skills
