Key Responsibilities:

Warranty Claims Management

• Review, validate, and process warranty claims submitted by dealers/service centers
• Ensure all claims meet company policies and documentation requirements
• Monitor claim status and ensure timely resolution.

Dealer & Service Coordination

• Coordinate with dealers and service advisors regarding warranty procedures
• Provide guidance on claim submissions, parts eligibility, and policies
• Address dealer inquiries and concerns related to warranty issues

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and approvals
• Prepare reports on warranty trends, costs, and recurring issues
• Analyze data to identify product or service improvements

After-Sales Support

• Assist in improving after-sales service processes and customer satisfaction
• Handle escalations related to warranty concerns
• Ensure compliance with company standards and service quality

Parts & Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with technical teams for claim validation when needed
• Verify defective parts and ensure proper documentation and return process

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field
• Experience in after-sales, warranty, or automotive service operations is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of warranty processes and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
