Responsibilities
- Safely park and retrieve customers’ vehicles
- Assist customers courteously and professionally
- Inspect vehicles before and after parking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Report vehicle damages, incidents, or concerns immediately
- Manage vehicle keys and parking tickets properly
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
