Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• With valid Professional Driver’s License and good driving record
• Preferably with experience as Company Driver, Messenger, or Utility Staff
• Physically fit and able to perform driving, delivery, and basic utility tasks
• Willing to run company errands and assist with office support duties
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate -- knows basic Office/Google Programs - Outlook/Gmail, Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides

Responsibilities:

Driving and Transportation

• Safely transport company staff, visitors, or clients to designated locations when required
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition
• Monitor vehicle condition and report any mechanical issues immediately
• Follow all traffic rules and company safety policies

Messenger and Errands

• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other items to and from clients, government offices, banks, and suppliers
• Ensure documents and packages are handled properly and delivered on time
• Assist in processing company-related transactions and payments when necessary
• Assist other departments with errands or support tasks when required.

Utility and Office Support

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office areas, including common spaces
• Assist in basic office maintenance and organization
• Monitor and verify products and supply inventory
• Help with simple office tasks such as moving items, arranging supplies, and supporting administrative needs
