• Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.

• Sweeping and mopping floors of office rooms, ground, restrooms, garden, etc.

• Collecting and disposing of trash

• Check stock levels of all consumables, replace cleaning materials when appropriate & advise superior if need to replenish

• Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances

• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

• Clean and refill water jugs and water dispenser

• Keep the property secure and safe

• Gate keeper responsibility of not allowing unauthorized personnel from entering the premises.

• Purchase request needed by the office.

• Pay bills and deposit payments/checks to bank

• Process and deliver documents in LBC or etc.

• Assist for special projects when needed.
