Duties and Responsibilities

1.Animal Care Support

• Assist in the daily handling, feeding, and cleaning of livestock areas, particularly for goats and cattle
• Maintain cleanliness of animal housing, feeding areas, and surrounding farm zones
• Report observed concerns (injury, illness, abnormal behavior) immediately to the supervisor
• Perform tasks only as instructed by the Farm Supervisor or Technical Officer

2.Farming and Gardening Assistance

• Assist in basic farming activities such as planting, weeding, watering, and harvesting
• Support pasture, forage, and general land maintenance activities
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of farm surroundings

3.Farm Maintenance and Utility Work

• Assist in general farm upkeep, including cleaning of tools, equipment areas, and workspaces
• Handle farm materials and supplies with care and accountability
• Perform manual labor necessary for daily farm operations

4. Vehicle and Equipment Assistance

• Drive farm vehicles (including four-wheel vehicles or motorcycles) only if authorized
• Assist in loading, unloading, and transport of farm supplies and materials
• Immediately report any damage or malfunction of vehicles or equipment

5.Compliance and Conduct

• Follow all company policies, SOPs, biosecurity, and safety protocols
• Observe proper conduct, discipline, and respectful behavior at all times
• Report to work on time and complete assigned tasks within the approved work schedule

6.Other Duties

• Perform other reasonable farm-related tasks as may be assigned by authorized supervisors

Qualifications

• With experience or willingness to work with livestock (goats, cattle, or similar animals)
• Able to read and write for basic instructions and records
• Knows basic gardening and farming work
• Knows how to drive motorcycles and/or four-wheel vehicles (preferred)
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor
• Willing to work outdoors under varying weather conditions
