Job Objective:

The Utility Personnel is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and proper upkeep of the company premises, including offices, warehouse areas, restrooms, pantry, common areas, and other assigned locations. The position also provides general support to employees, guests, and management to help ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment. The Utility Personnel may also be assigned to perform messenger-related duties from time to time, depending on operational requirements and management instructions.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of offices, warehouse areas, restrooms, pantry, common areas, and other assigned company premises.
• Sweep, mop, wipe, sanitize, and arrange work areas, tables, chairs, cabinets, windows, doors, and other office fixtures as needed.
• Ensure that restrooms are clean, properly supplied, and free from unpleasant odor, obstruction, or safety hazards.
• Collect and properly dispose of garbage in designated disposal areas in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist in the preparation, arrangement, and clean-up of meeting rooms, conference areas, company events, programs, and other activities.
• Assist in receiving, carrying, transferring, arranging, and storing office supplies, materials, equipment, and other company items when needed.
• Monitor and immediately report damaged facilities, equipment, lights, plumbing, furniture, or other maintenance concerns to the immediate superior.
• Help ensure that walkways, common areas, and workstations are free from obstruction and possible safety hazards.
• Assist employees, guests, suppliers, and management in basic administrative, housekeeping, and utility-related needs.
• Perform messenger-related tasks from time to time, such as delivery, pick-up, filing, submission, routing, or processing of documents, supplies, checks, payments, permits, and other company-related items, as may be assigned.
• Safeguard all company documents, items, supplies, and properties handled during utility or messenger-related assignments.
• Maintain confidentiality of company documents, transactions, and information encountered in the performance of duties.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, proper grooming standards, workplace rules, and instructions from immediate superior and management.
• Perform other tasks and duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Quality Functions:

• Ensure that assigned areas are maintained in a clean, orderly, and presentable condition at all times.
• Support workplace safety by keeping common areas, walkways, and workstations free from hazards and obstructions.
• Immediately report maintenance, housekeeping, or safety concerns that may affect company operations, employee welfare, or visitor experience.
• Handle company documents, supplies, and materials with care, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Support the company’s quality, safety, and housekeeping standards through proper execution of assigned duties.

Educational Attainment:

• At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Graduate.

Professional Licenses / Certifications:

• None required. Driver’s license or motorcycle driving ability is an advantage, but not required unless assigned to regular messenger duties.
