The Utility Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and overall sanitation of the workplace. They assist in ensuring that office facilities, equipment, and common areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained at all times.

Job Requirements

• At least High School Graduate.
• With experience as Utility Staff or Janitor is an advantage.
• Physically fit and hardworking.
• Trustworthy, organized, and responsible.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to render overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, comfort rooms, pantry, warehouse, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces.
• Collect and dispose of garbage properly.
• Refill supplies such as tissue, soap, alcohol, and drinking water.
• Assist in moving office equipment, supplies, and materials when needed.
• Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs if necessary.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Support other departments with errands and assigned tasks.
• Follow company safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
