JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check people entering and leaving the office gate.
• Help security guards check company IDs and other IDs.
• Make sure only authorized persons are allowed to enter the office.
• Assist in checking and guiding visitors before they enter the office.
• Report unauthorized entry, unusual incidents, or security concerns to the security guard or immediate supervisor.
• Help keep the entrance and exit area orderly and secure.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least high school graduate.
• Able to stand in long periods.
• Responsible and trustworthy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Makati.
