Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate.
• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or utility work is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
• Knowledgeable in proper cleaning procedures and the safe use of cleaning tools and chemicals.
• Hardworking, trustworthy, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Description

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, offices, restrooms, and other assigned locations.
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Collect and properly dispose of trash and recyclable materials.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and restroom necessities as needed.
• Perform routine inspections and report maintenance concerns or repair requirements.
• Assist in moving furniture, equipment, and supplies when necessary.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Property Manager or Supervisor.
